This is an op-ed story by Nilmini Gunaratne Rubin about how Eugenics was used on her mom when she was born. Eugenics is where they tried to 'sterilize' the country by illegally taking out women's uterus's after a birth if they didn't fit the 'blonde hair, blue eyed' expectancy. I think this is so messed up. I agree with the article that it's messed.
