The US government is legally justified to kill Americans who are involved in plotting terror attacks on America. This goes against the 5th amendment, which says that no one can be deprived of life without due process of law.

I think it's whatever. Killing is pretty harsh, but at the same time it's the right step to take if it saves many more lives on which they plan to kill. But I think they should be tortured or something.
